Falls

Falls is a literal recording of rocks scoured by a waterfall. This work uses the sense of touch captured through the frottage drawing process combined with handmade Japanese paper and coloured pastels that expresses the intimate exchange between materials and surface, environment and atmosphere, place and maker.
